These terms govern the use of industrial coating and fleet branding services provided by UltimateCarWraps. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
UltimateCarWraps provides commercial vehicle vinyl application, polymer film installation, and fleet branding logistics. Each project is defined by a written scope of work that specifies materials, surface preparation, installation timeline, and compliance with local transit safety standards. Any additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written authorization.
The client must provide vehicles in a clean, damage-free condition prior to installation. Surface imperfections such as rust, dents, or peeling paint must be repaired before the scheduled application date. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for fleet branding on public transit vehicles and for ensuring that vehicle registration and insurance are current throughout the service period.
Our polymer films are tested for UV resistance, stone chip protection, and chemical spill tolerance. The standard warranty covers material defects and installation workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage from improper cleaning, accidents, vandalism, or environmental exposure beyond normal use. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery.
UltimateCarWraps' liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, downtime, or damage to vehicle components not directly related to the vinyl application. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. If the client cancels after materials have been ordered or installation has begun, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total project cost may apply. UltimateCarWraps reserves the right to suspend services if the client fails to meet payment terms or provide access to vehicles as scheduled.
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
